POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist

STATUS: Independent Contractor, Full-Time 

COMPENSATION: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 USD per year (Based on experience)

LOCATION: Remote with ability to work in PST

ABOUT THE DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST POSITION 

GenerationalWealthMD has helped thousands of physicians accelerate toward financial freedom by building a real estate portfolio that generates passive income so they can live life on their terms. We do this through our signature online course, group and 1:1 coaching, and community. 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you have a passion for marketing and a solid foundation in online businesses, demonstrated by at least 2 years of experience in the field. You're adept at driving organic growth through various channels, including creating engaging reels from podcasts, Copywriting for ads, organic SM and email content, funnel building, SEO marketing and optimizing assets.

Your expertise extends to running Facebook ads, SEO content for blog, crafting nurture email sequences, managing funnels and launches, and optimizing websites and landing pages. You're skilled in growing LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook groups, and you have experience maintaining an SEO blog.

You're proficient with a range of tools and platforms, including Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Canva, Slack, and ClickUp. Additionally, you have strong capabilities with G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms and with graphic design software and Video Editing like Adobe Creative Suite.

You excel in organizing your workload by priorities and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where meeting deadlines is crucial. Your work ethic is impeccable—you're reliable, punctual, honest, and efficient.

You have previous experience working from home and have demonstrated your ability to support marketing initiatives effectively in an online business setting for 3-5 years.

Bonus points: Experience with Launches for Coaching programs and Raise for Real estate Syndication.

GenerationalWealthMD’s organic growth strategy and presence is stuck in 2020. A new team member is desperately needed to bring the company and their clients into 2024. That includes utilizing AI to do your job well. Experimenting and learning AI platforms will be a pivotal part of your role. This role will also support Dr. Param’s second business, GW Capital in the same capacity. GW Capital is for our clients who prefer a “done for you”, faster approach to financial freedom by investing in apartment syndication. 

This independent contractor role is full-time, remote with a strong preference for those in the Pacific Time Zone or ability to work in PST.

RESPONSIBILITIES (tasks associated with the role) 

General 

• Attend weekly team meetings. 

• Response time Mon-Fri must be in under 4 hrs and sooner during launch period.

Marketing

• Organic growth & asset optimization- Graphic Designing and Video editing for Organic growth including reels from podcast & SM posts and asset optimization & KPI

• FB, Youtube and Google AD creation and management

• FB ads  (ROAS > 10)

• Lead generation including Copy writing for Nurture email sequences, Funnels & Launches

• Growth and Fulfillment through Launch and Raise Funnel building 

• Website & Landing page optimization

• Organic Community growth - Linkedln, YouTube , FB group (1000/month)

• Marketing & Sales process with KPI - Website & Landing page optimization

• Podcast, Youtube and Blog post creation from Long form content

• Thought leadership - including short form content, Multi-slide graphics, SEO Blog from podcast (3 per month)

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) 

Must-Have Requirement for this position: 

• Minimum 2 years experience with Online Business with Launch and Raise Funnels 

• Experience with Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Canva, Slack and ClickUp

• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Graphic design and Video editing and experience with software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

• Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Word, Sheets, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms.

• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment

• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. Practical and efficient

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

• Professional level verbal and written communications skills

• Previous experience working from home

• 3-5 years proven experience as Marketing Specialist or other relevant support experience with an online business.

This position is NOT for someone who: 

• Doesn’t like working with a team 
• Is looking for a short-term “gig” who doesn’t want to grow with the company

Offer Details 

This is a full-time, remote, contractor position. Compensation range is $36,000 -$50,000 USD  depending on experience. Benefits include seven (7) paid federal US holidays.
