Job Description

As a Vice President – Commercial Real Estate Senior Valuation Analyst, your primary function will be to support the Beltway Capital’s loan acquisition business. This will include valuing commercial real collateral a) as part of the due diligence for potential loan acquisitions, and b) for the group’s existing loan portfolio. Your secondary function is to provide asset management support for Beltway Capital’s commercial real estate holdings (REO). Beltway Capital acquires loans backed by diverse commercial real estate collateral located throughout the country. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You will value real estate for loan acquisitions and dispositions. The candidate will work with various service providers, such as vendors, contractors, property managers, appraisers, and brokers, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all projects and deliverables. You will perform other related duties as required or requested. Occasional travel is required.
