Job Description

Investor Reporting Operations Analyst for 10B RE PE

Individual will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, coordination and approval of quarterly and annual reporting and performance updates for 20 real estate fund vehicles/accounts, as well as ad-hoc investor update presentations on a regular basis. You will coordinate information from across Investor Relations,  Asset Management, Acquisitions, Accounting  and Compliance departments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing track record analysis, consultant questionnaires/databases and related due diligence questionnaires such as RFPs/RFIs/DDQs
  • Ensuring consistent and up-to-date presentation of marketing/corporate identity through business descriptions, detailed PowerPoint presentations and similar private placement documentation and other communications on various vehicles.
  • Coordinate production of investor presentation and analysis for investor road shows and customized/bespoke meetings-engagements
  • Conducting market and competitor research (keeping up to date with investment vehicles, strategy, and performance)
  • Managing and tracking communications with existing and prospective investors, as well as maintaining and updating of Salesforce /Dynamo CRM.
  • Working with the internal shared services teams to understand and communicate performance and strategy
  • Assist in investor reporting portal management and responding to ad hoc investor requests
  • Participate in quarterly and year end reporting cycles/management reports production process

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of progressive experience with a preferred focus on real estate/private equity operations
• Heavy project management skills and able to carry out tasks with multiple organizational stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, iLevel, valuation equity transactions, and portfolio models. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively add product impact to both strategic and tactical aspects of investor reporting within the investor engagement process.
