Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and project management, with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to evaluate project viability.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the permitting and regulatory approval process for all projects.
  • Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for project sales and leasing.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and neighbors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development and project management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance, entitlements, and zoning regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for project site visits and meetings.
