Title: Leasing Director

Location: New York City

AGW Partners and RW Real Estate Group are commonly controlled commercial real estate investment firms based in New York with offices in Manhattan and Queens. Join our team as a Leasing Manager in the vibrant retail real estate landscape. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our leasing operations across a diverse portfolio in the Northeast as well as select outside markets, which includes over 90 retail properties and 2.5 million square feet. In the last quarter alone, we have acquired four retail centers totaling 200,000 square feet as well as properties in Queens and the Bronx. We are additionally under contract to purchase four additional assets – and are ramping up our acquisition efforts as part of our ongoing portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities

• Implement targeted leasing strategies to fill vacant retail spaces efficiently
• Leverage market analysis, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure seamless onboarding of new tenants
• Track and report progress regularly
• Manage negotiations for tenant renewals
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic leasing and business decisions
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties
• Execute cold calling and canvassing activities to identify potential tenants

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant leasing experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Effective time management with attention to detail , and a proven hard-working ethic are essential
• Motivated and driven for success
• New York City-based, able to work from our Manhattan and Queens offices
