Investments Associate / Analyst

Job Description

Primary Functions

• Underwrite debt investment opportunities in major markets throughout the United States
• Develop advanced financial models using Microsoft Excel
• Play an active role in assisting senior management in the structuring and negotiations of all transactions
• Manage transaction due diligence and closing process for new investments
• Perform asset management for existing loan portfolio comprised of land, construction, bridge and stabilized deals across all asset classes

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate investments
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial candidate
• Advanced computer proficiency with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communications skills
