Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. has been in business for 45 years and has grown to become one of the region’s largest merit shop electrical contractors. We currently rank #27 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing published by Engineering News Record in October 2023 and #1 among electrical contractors in New England. As we continue our office renovation, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our facilities operations at our corporate 125,000 square feet office in Holliston, MA.
The ideal candidate has strong project management and negotiation skills, organized, detailed oriented, excellent communication skills, and hands-on with 5-7 years of facility management experience including 4 years in a supervisory role in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and forecast needs to meet business operations and are in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitor and test building systems to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work environment throughout the facility and grounds.
- Negotiate and coordinate the efforts of maintenance and repairs, subcontractors relating to work in the facility.
- Manage the day and night maintenance team members.
