Eagle Rock Advisors is the private equity arm/investment manager of Eagle Rock responsible for the acquisitions, asset management and investor relations functions of the business. Eagle Rock Advisors is headquartered in New York, NY.
The Role...
Asset management function within Eagle Rock serves as the liaison between the investment management and property management sides of the business, responsible for financial performance tracking, implementation of investment-specific strategic initiatives and goals and identification of value opportunities. The role is to support the asset management team in executing these functions.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Utilize financial data to identify operational issues & implement changes
- Produce portfolio performance statistics for investor reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis and research on the portfolio, markets, and other initiatives
- Assist in calculating distributions & projecting annual cash flow
- Assist with the annual budget process
- Track capital expenditures: budget, timeline and as-needed project management
- Participate in the revenue management (LRO) process and have viewpoint on unit pricing as well as assist with the implementation on new acquisitions
- Visit sites regularly
You Have...
Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant asset management, property management, development, construction, or acquisition experience in the multi-family industry.
- Ideal candidate is a leader with the ability to motivate others. She or he is a self-motivated, resourceful team player who works autonomously and asks for support when needed
- Ability to manage workload and communicate expectations to both internal customers and external third-party vendors.
- Exceptional analytical skills including problem solving and financial analysis, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, collaboration and communication skills with strong work ethic.
