About the role

As a CBRE Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Management and Operations teams. You'll be responsible for reporting, broker outreach, scheduling meetings and travel and other ad-hoc duties.

This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions and senior management.

What you'll do
• Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating databases and preparing reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries and provide information about the organization. Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms.
• Interact with vendors for events and coordinate setup.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Cross-train with Operations team members and act as backfill when team members are on leave.

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Suite, Tableau and CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Administrative Assistant position is $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Administrative Assistant position is $55,820 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
