DWNTWN Realty Advisors is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Analyst & Marketing Manager to support the operations of our industry-leading investment sales team in Miami. The Commercial Real Estate Analyst & Marketing Manager will work directly with the founding brokers of the company who have 50 years of combined experience and have closed over $3 Billion in transaction volume throughout their careers. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the company and gain valuable experience in complex real estate financial analysis, as well as leading the marketing of the company. DWNTWN Realty Advisors is looking for a self-motivated and creative team player with a strong interest in commercial real estate.
Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Analyst & Marketing Manager.
Location: Miami, FL on-site in Wynwood
Salary Range: Full-time base salary, $60,000 to $90,000/year, based on experience, plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with founding brokers to evaluate and underwrite potential commercial real estate listings, communicating with clients and vendors as needed.
- Create Offering Memorandums with light graphic design using templates from the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Edit email blasts and social media campaign templates by using software such as Canva or Mailchimp
- Conduct in-depth market research by using various industry software.
- Coordinate and manage the inventory of listings, ensuring accuracy across all online platforms.
- Ensuring company files are organized and up to date.
- Help onboard new sales agents and provide directions, as needed.
- Provide executive assistant support, as needed such as managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications, preferred, not required:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Digital marketing competency is required.
- Commercial Real estate analytic competency is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
