About this role:

Phenomenal Union Painter position, working professional class A office buildings in Boston, MA. Great Union benefits! Commercial painting experience is desired.
What you will do:

Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas in need of commercial-level painting. Working under close supervision, use several trade skills such as patching, painting, and finishing.

Use necessary tools and equipment to complete duties related to application of varnish, polyurethane, primer paint, and other specialty coatings.

Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces in order to ensure facilities are properly maintained.

Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools.

Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials in order to sustain a safe and hazard-free.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma/GED required. 2-4 years of experience in commercial painting, required

Collective Bargaining Agreement: The pay range for this position is subject to an applicable

Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the Union position is

or $40.47 per hour. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale.
