As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Director or Vice President of Finance to join our team. This role is essential to our growth and success, and the right candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future.


Position Overview:
We are looking for a Director/Vice President of Finance with extensive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and a strong background in the wireless, telecommunications, technology and/or real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in financial management, planning, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of working alongside private equity investors in a high growth environment. Experience with private equity-backed companies is a significant advantage, as this role will involve close collaboration with our stakeholders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop, manage, and optimize financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability.
  2. Budget & Forecasting: Develop process for budgeting and managing cash flow to optimize ROI/IRR.
  3. Industry Expertise: Leverage your industry knowledge to provide insights, assess market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Deal Modeling: Prepare and manage deal models to ensure maximum return for PSTC and our investors.  Drive performance through financial performance tracking.  
  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to enhance the company's financial stability.
  6. Team Building & Leadership: Establish foundation to grow and build the Finance organization/team
  7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive peers and investors to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance and FP&A experience, with a strong preference for experience in the wireless, telecommunications, technology and/or real estate industries.
  • Proven track record of working directly with CEO and/or private equity-backed companies.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (emotional intelligence).
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
