About the role
We are seeking an engaging Associate Project Manager to join our AV technology team providing first class project management for the implementation of Audio Visual and collaboration technology for offices across the globe.
Working as part of a global team, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of regional projects deploying the latest technology to meeting rooms, broadcast studios and presentation spaces, shaping the workplace of the future!
You will be working within a local team as part of a global family where you will be fully supported as we bring you up to speed on this exciting global initiative.
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end project management for the implementation of AV, collaboration, and associated technology projects across the United States.
- Scope project requirements and engage with relevant global teams.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement projects.
- Manage suppliers undertaking installation and testing activities.
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is fully completed and accurate.
- Monitor and report on KPI performance metrics.
- Communicate with the global team to collaborate and support global programs.
- Highlight potential risks or issues and act proactively to resolve them.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new process ideas.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.; AV/IT background is helpful
- CTS - Certified Technology Specialist preferred
- Prior Project Management experience is preferred
- Experience with Google Workspace tools (GSuite) beneficial.
- A team player who is not afraid to ask for help when needed.
- Technology savvy and interested in the future workplace.
- Strong Project Management & organizational skills as well as solid communication skills.
- Positive stakeholder management and engagement.

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this Associate Project Manager position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for this Associate Project Manager position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance
