U.S. Realty Advisors, LLC is a leading private real estate investment firm with $3.7 billion of assets under management, focused on acquiring and managing single-tenant assets across the US. USRA is currently seeking a motivated Summer Analyst who is ready to learn and apply knowledge of real estate, finance and general business practices in a fast-paced environment and who can participate in the identification, analysis, presentation, and management of single-tenant properties.

The Summer Analyst will rotate through various departments and be responsible for tasks pertaining to acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, marketing, and accounting to assist with the entire investment life cycle from initial underwriting and research, to credit analysis, internal reporting/presentations, financing, ongoing management and dispositions. The Summer Analyst will be encouraged to learn as much as possible about USRA and how USRA’s various departments collaborate throughout the acquisitions and asset management processes. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in real estate, investing, finance, and or asset management.

Investment Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze investment opportunities and understand how potential opportunities fit with USRA’s investment mandate
• Perform research and analysis in support of acquisitions and ad-hoc tasks across various departments
• Help plan and design business development processes and objectives to make recommendations for improvement
• Assist in launching new initiatives
• May perform additional projects upon request

Requirements

• Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related major
• Preferred Graduating Class of 2024
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY
