Job Description Summary

Will provide support for the EHCI Investor Relations and Capital Originations (“IRCO”) teams within Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (“HCI”). The IR Coordinator will play a substantial role in managing investor marketing and due diligence, and in supporting investor fund closings. It is essential that the candidate be a self-starter who is relationship oriented, highly organized, analytical, detail oriented and interested in learning the business of HCI.

 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of materials for use in investor marketing and due diligence meetings, including maintaining HCI organizational charts.
  • Provide investor meeting and site visit support and assist with organization and preparation for investor conferences and events.
  • Act as primary point person for collecting Enterprise information and due diligence materials from across the company to share with investors
  • Maintain the IRCO Office 365 sites to manage investor documentation and syndicator due diligence, including a clear, readily accessible historical record of meetings from prior years.
  • Utilize Office 365 applications to gather and track reporting and responses to items from various internal departments to provide to investors for due diligence requests.
  • Support multi-investor fund offerings and closings by:
    • Creating fund offering and closing materials in PDF format for distribution to investors.
    • Uploading multi-fund and deal materials to the Enterprise Investor Portal.
    • Obtaining Enterprise signatures for closing.
    • Distributing electronic fund closing binders to IR Relationship Managers to share with investors.
  • Create and/or upload other IR documents to the Enterprise Investor Portal as requested.
  • Assist with monitoring, answering questions, and creating user accounts for the Enterprise Investor Portal.
  • Collaborate with IR colleagues to manage IRCO Salesforce content related to funds or investors, marketing events and correspondence lists.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, and manage scheduling for, IR team and Operations Management meetings.
  • Process invoices as needed, and work with Enterprise Treasury Department to set up bank accounts for new funds. 
  • Serve as back up for preparing the semi-weekly Deal Screening Committee agenda, track approvals, and manage scheduling for semi-weekly LIHTC Deal Screening Committee.
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent; at least 1-year experience in a progressively responsible position a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts preferred; knowledge of LIHTC a plus.
  • Ability to manage large quantities of information with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stringent deadlines.
  • Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday and SharePoint/Teams (Office 365) a plus.
  • Incumbent is expected to demonstrate strong ethics and professionalism in interpersonal relations and work as an effective collaborative team member.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities prioritize conflicting demands.
