As an Apartments.com Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for being an integral part of our Sales and Sales Operations team located in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Support Administrator will support the multifamily sales force and management team in day-to-day operations; working closely with all facets of the Apartments.com network including marketing, research, and customer service to achieve a cohesive business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide reporting supporting for the sales team including contract data, and sales results.
- Assist senior sales leadership with the analysis and subsequent creation and management of sales territories and Books of Business.
- Maintain aspects of the Apartments.com Sales Reporting including management of the Sales Dashboards.
- Maintain sales records, and provide additional support during the process of a sale.
- Provide the Apartments.com Sales team with support for Badger Mapping via email, phone, and potentially in-person trainings or demos
- Provide regularly scheduled reporting of key metrics to senior sales leadership. This may include development of reports pertaining to newly created metrics.
- Assists in creation and compilations of forecasting tools and reports.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Two or more years of sales support experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the Multifamily industry
- Two or more years of providing outstanding customer service
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree is required

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
