Position
HighBrook is seeking an Analyst to join its growing investment team in its West Palm Beach, Florida office. The investment team oversees acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and portfolio analysis for HighBrook’s U.S. portfolio. The Analyst will be involved in all aspects of analysis and execution including the underwriting of new investments, on-going asset management, and portfolio strategy and optimization. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluation and execution of prospective investment opportunities including underwriting and financial analysis, investment committee presentations and acquisition due diligence
- Provide asset management support and financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses and on-going monitoring of investment performance
- Disposition support
- Preparation of fundraising and investor reporting materials
- Analysis of on-going portfolio risk and cash flow requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 – 3 years of experience in real estate finance, investment sales, private equity or investment banking
- Outstanding quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to take initiative, execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise
- Ability to work full-time, non-remote
