Portfolio Analyst (Core Property Fund)

Position Description:

This role will report to the Core Property Fund (CPF) Sr. Portfolio Manager and provide support to the entire CPF team.  CPF is a $4 Billion, Core, Open-End, Fund launched in 2018.  This role will conduct timely analysis, provide actionable reports and insights to management on CPF. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Partner with portfolio managers, acquisitions, asset management and investor relations to provide data and insights regarding CPF’s performance
• Design, improve, refine and implement fund models
• Gather data and benchmarks through meetings with stakeholders, industry/market research, etc.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and semi-annual analysis on asset acquisitions, hold/sell analytics and fund portfolio analytics
• Support investor requests by providing timely information and reports
• Prepare regular reports and complete special projects as requested
  
  

Education and Experience Required:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and evaluate financial and other data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline orientated, team environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill and customer service
• Ability to multitask with great time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or finance. 
• Real estate or analytical courses a plus
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in finance and/or real estate
• Expertise in excel required, advanced modeling techniques a plus
• Expertise using Argus preferred
• Expertise using Yardi is a plus
