Responsibilities
As an Analyst or Associate- Project Management, Sales Enablement with Hines, you will focusing on project management responsibilities within the Sales Enablement team. This person will provide project support at the direction of the Managing Director, Project Management & Sales Enablement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with other internal business groups (e.g., Corporate Communications, IT, Business Technology, Compliance, and various functions within Investment Management) to support cross-functional initiatives. Serve as a point of coordination to manage multiple concurrent projects assigned to Sales Enablement from end-to-end, employing the following tactics:
- Track action items, coordinate and lead meetings, prioritize deliverables, ensure project team is progressing on core efforts
- Attend select strategic and planning meetings alongside Managing Director, Project Management & Sales Enablement, as appropriate, to summarize key takeaways and follow up on action items
- Maintain a project tracker (or equivalent format) to ensure key projects, deliverables and milestones are tracked and deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Track progress against project timelines, and meet regularly with the Managing Director, Project Management & Sales Enablement to provide status updates and flag issues that may impede ability to deliver against timelines
- Develop project budgets; manage and report on variance to budget on a regular cadence (monthly or quarterly, to be defined by project), in the cases where a budget is deemed appropriate
- Develop ideas and strategies to help push forward projects for Capital Markets, when directed
- Prepare materials for meetings, including research, agendas and PowerPoint presentations
- Push thinking of leadership; provide constructive feedback and add new ideas to processes, discussions and deliverables. Engage in healthy and constructive discussion to help progress concepts forward
- Identify process improvements for added efficiencies across the project teams
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with additional qualifications preferred: Master's degree
- Two or more years of prior work experience, with demonstrated project management responsibilities
- Some real estate experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Can-do, problem solver attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Extremely articulate; with strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act proactively
- Evidence of high attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to drive for clarity when needed
