Real Estate Development Internship New York, New York

WB Property Group is looking for driven, qualified individuals who are reliable and will efficiently push processes through completion.

Individuals should have a background education in finance and or real estate. Interns with direction from VP's of development will provide support to secure land, navigate the approval process, correspond with architects, mechanical, structural, electrical and civil engineers to complete site and full set of construction documents, secure financing, select a general contractor and coordinate construction. 

We expect interns to be fully engaged and own development processes.

This experience will be hands-on and will teach interns the development process.
