Job Description
- Manage the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services required
- Manage LOI, PSA, and other documents relating to property transactions
- Manage critical dates for each transaction
- Track and monitor the day-to-day transaction work
- Assist with the determination of requirements for client-specific reports and coordinate the tracking system
- Develop new and grow existing relationships with client(s), vendors, and other retail users
- Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors
- Coordinate with lead broker to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables
- Manage, review, and approve a large volume of all types of transactions
- Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements
- Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process
- Identify potential issues and take action accordingly
- Investigate and promote the use of new system management tools
- Arrange and manage for closing gifts for clients
- Develop, amend, and/or maintain social media marketing campaigns
- Work with marketing team to support the public relations action plan as needed
- Manage marketing collateral and communications as needed
- Provide support to Investment Sales in the development of proposals, presentations, and any other additional sales aids as needed
- Coordinate direct marketing and other advertising sources, such as: print and online as needed
- Manage or execute special projects, as assigned
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector is a definite asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- May require on-call activity after regular office hours
- Operate with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
