Property Manager - Commercial Real Estate - Chandler, Arizona

Job Description

Mark IV Capital, a privately held, growth-oriented real estate company is seeking a candidate to join its team focused on acquiring, developing, owning and operating commercial real estate assets throughout the Western United States. The Commercial Real Estate Property Manager will represent the company as the on-site, in-house property manager in Chandler, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for the daily management of some of the company's five commercial properties in Phoenix.

• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• High level of lease language comprehension
• Understanding of the tenant improvement construction process is a plus

Tasks the property manager can expect to do are:

• Interface with tenants and promote tenant relationships
• Conduct property walks
• Initiate maintenance and capital improvements of properties
• Follow up with accounts receivable
• Update and present monthly reports for property expenses
• Maintain tenant insurance
• Lease administration
• Facilitate the execution of contracts
• Manage tenant improvement and capital improvement projects
• Prepare annual operating budget
• Manage filing system
• Answer phones and greet clients
• Keep stock of supplies
• Complete move out reports and coordinate security deposit refunds

A minimum of 5 years of property management experience. CPM certification a plus. A Senior Property Manager opportunity could be made available for the right candidate.
