The Yardi Software Administrator provides advanced support and troubleshooting for Yardi and related applications and platforms at McWhinney’s corporate offices.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as an operations level Yardi administrator. Includes the full spectrum of tasks from maintaining users and entities to designing and maintaining system architecture
  • Acts as primary point of contact for end-user questions, troubleshooting, and other requests related to Yardi software
  • Provides timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented manner that resolves issues as efficiently as possible
  • Perform periodic software updates
  • Project manager for implementing incremental Yardi functionality
  • Analyzes business operations to understand and determine opportunities in processes and functions
  • Stays current on Yardi technology and system changes to provide business appropriate solutions
  • Supports Yardi interactions with related applications and platforms
  • Coordinates with third party consultants as needed
  • Supports training programs for company-wide associates
  • Works closely with IT department regarding system and process configurations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Yardi systems (Voyager and modules) experience 
  • SQL (including “YSR” report writing) experience
  • Expert Microsoft Excel abilities
  • Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proven strong ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solve complex issues
  • Self-starter and strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including discerning the appropriate level of detail based on roles and personalities
