Job Description
The Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing strategies, materials, and programs for the existing HBM portfolio and development projects. This person will work alongside the management, development and leasing teams and in partnership with external creative agencies, CGI firms and media and PR firms to target buyers, tenants and brokers.
We are seeking a candidate with the below listed qualifications.
- B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- A minimum 7-10 years’ experience in marketing either at a marketing & advertising agency or within a company
- Experience in business to business as well as consumer facing marketing
- Must have a track record of applying innovative strategies and managing projects autonomously as well as part of a larger team
- Comfortable interacting with senior level management
- Must have strong communication skills and ability to manage up
- Prior experience managing partners and agencies to execute marketing vision
- Knowledge of real estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
