We are currently searching for the right candidate to join our Development Team in our Pacific Northwest region.

We are currently searching to for a Development Director based at our regional office in Bellevue, WA.This role manages all phases of the development of multifamily rental communities, includingmarket analyses, financial analyses and budgeting, design conceptualization, management and selection of the design development team, andmanagement of the entitlement process such as presentation before municipal and other regulatory boards and community and neighborhood groups. This role also includesmanagement of all phases of building designand management of the asset team during construction and lease up.

Qualified candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Real Estate and 4-7 years’ experience in the real estate development process. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in a in multi-family product and knowledge of the Washington area.
