COMPANY
North Point Capital Group, LLC, located in NYC, was founded by principles of The Hakimian Organization and Newmark Capital. The fund focuses on investment in value-add and development opportunities in the Metro New York area. The initial fund will target a raise of approximately $50,000,000.

COMPENSATION
$100,000 per year plus incentive bonuses and benefits

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify sources of equity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
Provide support for client presentations, sales effort, and investor reporting
Conducting tours of investment properties to potential investors
Strong presentation skills and oral and written skills

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or MBA Real estate and/or finance experience
Experience in investor relations
Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal
Leadership abilities
Management skills
Willingness to travel
