Beech Street Capital is a privately owned multifamily and seniors mortgage lender, created in 2009 to serve the changing real estate and real estate financing marketplace. Offering lending products and programs from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA nationwide, we’ve delivered more than five billion dollars in mortgages in just over two years.
We are different. Different from lenders in the past. Different from those who still exist. Yes, we’re thoroughly experienced, but not caught in old ways of thinking. We’re entrepreneurial, customer focused, and move quickly to take decisive action.
