Founded by George Sherman in 1979, Sherman Associates, Inc. is an award-winning, Minneapolis-based, real estate developer specializing in the design, construction and financing of quality housing, both for sale residential and rental, plus commercial properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri and California. In addition, Sherman Associates has added hotel development and management to its already diverse offerings.
Sherman Associates has developed and/or rehabilitated more than 5,000 multi-family and single-family homes, and more than 500,000 square feet of commercial property.
Housing developments include a mixed range of styles including luxurious single-family homes, multi-family townhomes, and a variety of affordable and moderate-income apartment properties. Commercial properties include new retail developments and renovation of historic warehouse facilities.
Sherman Associates’ hotel portfolio features several hotel/condominium combination buildings, focusing on upscale on-site amenities for residents and guests.
