McShea Company, Inc. is a privately owned, full-service real estate services company founded in 1983 and operating throughout the Washington metropolitan area. McShea has seven principals, 150 employees and 20 licensed real estate agents. We manage approximately 7 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space, including 1,600 apartment units.
Since its inception, McShea has grown and prospered on its promise of principal involvement with every client, an in-depth knowledge of its markets and a passionate dedication to helping our clients achieve their objectives.
