LEÓN, MAYER & Co.'s private equity practice is focused on the acquisition, financing, repositioning and management of existing hotel and office properties in select U.S. metropolitan markets. The Firm is currently raising LM Hospitality and Real Estate Partners, LP ("LMHREP" or the "Fund") to take advantage of the opportunities that the Firm believes will be available to acquire hotel and office properties at attractive valuations over the next three years.
LEÓN, MAYER & Co. was cofounded by Andro Nodarse-León and Benjamin G. Mayer in August 2005. Prior to cofounding LM, Messrs. Nodarse-León and Mayer were at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and at Tishman Speyer in New York City.
