The Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund II is a special purpose closed-end real estate fund managed by Canyon Capital Realty Advisors in partnership with Earvin “Magic” Johnson. The Fund's investment strategy is to identify, enhance and capture value through the development, redevelopment, acquisition and repositioning of real estate in densely populated, ethnically diverse communities. In addition to meeting its investment objectives, the Fund looks to provide and foster economic opportunities for the underserved residents of the urban neighborhoods in which it invests.
