KTR Capital Partners (“KTR”) is a real estate-focused private equity firm recently formed by the senior executives of Keystone Property Trust, a NYSE traded real estate investment trust that was sold in August of 2004 for $1.6 billion. KTR’s first investment vehicle, Keystone Industrial Fund, will continue the firm’s highly successful strategy of achieving superior risk-adjusted returns through acquiring, opportunistically developing and repositioning industrial properties throughout targeted markets in North America. KTR is in the process of raising $300-400 million of equity from high quality pension funds, endowments, foundations and financial institutions, which will provide Keystone Industrial Fund with over $1 billion in investment capacity.
