About the Company
Downtown Incorporated, a newly formed nonprofit dedicated to managing the Downtown Santa Ana Community Management District (CMD) and Downtown’s economic revitalization effort, is seeking its first Executive Director. The Executive Director is expected to oversee both the day-to-day operations of the corporation and the successful implementation of the District Management Plan.
The CMD encompasses 44 blocks and the Civic Center. Downtown Incorporated has a 15-member Board of Directors representing the Downtown property owners that will be assessed under the CMD. Annual Budget: $920,000
