Community is a forty-four-year-old, 2,300-acre gated community of 2,743 homes with 6,000 residents. Gross dollar volume - $7.5 million; annual assessments revenue $5.1 million, annual food and beverage revenue $730,000, and annual amenity/administrative fees $1.7 million. Athletic facilities include an 18 hole, championship golf course designed by William Bell, a driving range, two putting and a practice chipping green, six hard surface tennis courts, a 25 meter 6 lane competition/recreation pool and a splash pool; an extensive fitness program with aerobics, Pilates and yoga classes. Other Association managed facilities include administration and environmental management offices, golf shop and locker rooms, a public works and golf course maintenance compound, two security gatehouses and a security administration office, tennis shop, lakes, parks and recreation maintenance shops, a pool bath house and concession bar, boat dry storage, twenty-five acre campground and RV park and thirty-two miles of private streets. The 12,000 square foot clubhouse includes a family-style dining room seating 75, an alfresco dining porch seating 50, a cocktail lounge seating 50, a private dining/meeting room seating 12, and a banquet facility with professional grade sound and lighting systems, theatrical stage and seating for 220. Community activities facilities include an 8,000 square foot Community Center with six multi-purpose rooms and a catering kitchen. Commons area include a 300 acre recreation lake with an embankment dam and spillway, a Marina with 88 boat slips and a fuel dock, 65 acres of parks and greenbelts with five lakeside parks offering two event pavilions, boat launch and docking facilities, basketball, bocce ball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts, softball field, horseshoes and several children’s playgrounds.
