With over $200 Million in real estate development and acquisitions, and an additional $70 Million in the pipeline, The Preiss Company (TPCO) is an industry leader in the sales and development of investment properties. We are proud to be the largest off-campus housing provider for North Carolina State University, Clemson University, and UNC Charlotte and currently own and/or manage approximately 6,000 student-housing beds.
