In 2006, Marathon Structured Finance Fund originated and invested over $1.3 billion in real estate loans, consisting of hotel, resort, casino, condo conversion, land, retail, industrial, and office building transactions.  Marathon finances projects throughout North America and Western Europe, and our investments consist of senior loans, B-Notes, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity.
