Charles River Realty Investors LLC (www.crreal.com) is the investment management platform of National Development (www.natdev.com), one of Boston’s leading real estate operating companies.  The firm is currently investing its second closed end discretionary fund, Charles River Realty Fund II, L.P.   Its Fund I invested in a variety of real estate assets within metropolitan Boston, including office buildings, hotels and healthcare-related properties with a gross value of over $1.1 billion, and is the among the top performing closed-end real estate funds in the United States.  Fund II, with $250 million in commitments from a group of well-known educational endowments, foundations, family offices, pension funds and high net worth individuals will implement the same investment strategy.  It is anticipated that Fund II will acquire over $1 billion in real estate assets over the next three years.
