Corporate Real Estate Advisors is dedicated solely to representing tenants and buyers in their acquisition of real estate facilities for their firms. While we are a licensed real estate brokers; that's where the similarity stops when you compare us to a commercial real estate broker. Brokers list, lease, and sell property. We never do that. Brokers are often forced to compromise their fiduciary responsibility to you by representing both sides of the transaction. That will not happen with us because we never represent sellers or landlords. We help our clients maximize their negotiating leverage, eliminate risk and unknowns in a transaction, and utilize their strengths and the market's weaknesses to reduce their occupancy costs.
