Urban Green is a mission-driven, vertically integrated management, construction, and development group. Our mission is holistic development – projects that create communities, discourage dependency on automobiles, incorporate different uses, encourage a mix of income levels, and promote green development techniques. We use complicated financing involving grants and a variety of tax credits. We currently have projects under development in New York and Connecticut.
