About the Company
We have a client of ours in New York City that is a REIT that have filed an S-11 form, positioned to go public. They are looking for a Cheif Accounting Officer. The person must have very strong SEC experience, very strong technical accounting skills as it relates to FASB pronouncements, Colateralized Debt Obligations, compliance rules as it relates to REITS, interaction with the outside auditors. CPA is a must! Salary is open here.
