Raintree Partners is a private commercial real estate investment company principally engaged in the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of multifamily residential and mixed-use properties in the major West Coast markets, with a particular geographic focus in California. Our portfolio consists of 46 multifamily communities ranging from 12 to 628 apartment homes.

We believe in investing in properties long term. That means embedding ourselves and our third-party management company partners in the communities and the experiences of the people who are living, working, and playing there.
