The Company currently provide basic health insurance, which can be bought up by an employee for expanded coverage.  The Company maintains qualified SARSEP IRA Plan whereby the participant may contribute up to 15% of their W-2 compensation before tax annually to the plan, subject to some limitations. Earnings are tax deferred. The funds are placed in an IRA account with Charles Schwab and it is self-directed. The Company offers no matched funding at this time. Participation is allowed after a 90-day probationary period. After the 90 probationary period, vacation days accrue at the rate of 6.67 hours per month (10 business days/year).  The vacation days expire at the end of the year and do not carry over if unused. Vacation days must be requested and approved in advance. After the 90 day probationary period, paid sick leave accrues at the rate of 4 hrs per month. Sick leave does not carry over and absence in excess of accrued sick days will result in reduction of salary. Preapproved work related expenses, including educational, are reimbursed.

About the CEO

Mr. Gerald N. "Nick" Madigan...joined The Alison Company in 1988.  He has also served as loan officer and Vice President.  His responsibilities include production management, overseeing of production personnel and the property analysis department.  Mr. Madigan is a graduate of The U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in General Engineering, a former carrier aviator, and retired as a commander from the U.S. Navy Reserve.
