Glacier Credit Strategies is a division of Glacier Global Partners, a diversified real estate company founded almost 15 years ago in 2009. Glacier invests in all parts of the capital stack, including debt financings and equity investments across all property types and geographic locations throughout the United States. Glacier’s credit products range in size from $10MM to $250MM both on a floating and fixed rate basis with duration ranging from 2 - 5 years. The firm offers flexible credit structures through stretched senior mortgages, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments. The company has four business lines encompassing real estate debt, real estate equity, renewable energy, and data centers. Since its founding, Glacier Global Partners has placed over $3.5B worth of equity commitments in the various business lines.
