Hankey Capital is a direct balance sheet bridge lender focusing on senior liens on commercial real estate property located in California. Loan amounts range from $5 million minimum to up to $300 million with a specialty lending focus on redevelopment land, hotels, and high end spec homes. We also lend on value-add multifamily, office, retail, and hotels. Hankey Capital currently has nearly $1.2 billion in senior liens on its balance sheet and on pace to originate close to $800 million in new financings in 2022. Hankey Capital is the bridge lending arm of the Hankey Group of companies led by local LA billionaire, Don Hankey.
