We have acquired 20 plus properties valued at over $400M in the last 36 months and have multiple opportunities and capacity to continue aggressive acquisitions and the development of new multi-family communities in our target markets. Our new development activities encompass both traditional multi-family as well as single family built-to-rent assets. We currently have 13 land parcels secured for future land development.
