Roy E. Carroll, Sr., and Roy E. Carroll II formed R. E. Carroll Construction, Inc., in the early 1980s. The Carroll's were equal partners and were committed to building quality custom homes that gave the customers value for their money. The company quickly took off, eventually diversifying into the strong organization it is today. With over three decades of real estate development, The Carroll Companies now have over $4 billion in real estate assets that Carroll owns or currently have under development without outside equity or partners.
