Bowery is a national investment firm with a concentration on the “emerging markets” of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, and Detroit. Prior to investing in the United States, Bowery was very active in Toronto, Canada and the British markets of Manchester and London. Currently, Bowery is one of the largest multifamily & rental home landlords in Miami’s Buena Vista and Little Haiti sub-markets. With a portfolio of over 700 units, Bowery has developed a deep understanding of acquiring and managing assets. Success can be attributed to early identification of trends in gentrification and paths of growth from more established sub-markets. Prior to the retail asset investment craze Canadian REITs experienced in recent years, Bowery was early in recognizing walk-able street retail opportunities in Toronto, Canada. Most recently, Bowery was early in identifying multifamily and residential opportunities along the primary corridors leading into Little Haiti and Buena Vista from Wynwood.
