RMG Housing

RMG Housing, LLC, based in Los Angeles, CA, is a private sector developer of permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals and people living with mental and physical disabilities. RMG partners with religious entities, local nonprofits, and public agencies to build efficient, cost-effective projects, while also helping to solve the homeless crises in California. RMG model’s is unique. Rather than relying on public financing to fund its developments, RMG is an exclusive partner of the SDS -Supportive Housing Fund (SHF). SHF provides equity for all development and construction costs. No public funding is used. RMG plans to develop at least 30 projects over the next six years providing housing to over 1,800 residents.
