Local Capital Group

Local Capital Group was founded in 2013 to initially acquire, develop and construct mixed-use and multifamily buildings in core, urban markets. Since inception, Local has expanded into acquiring and developing hospitality, industrial, life science and office properties. Since inception, the Company has sourced over $300 million of equity to acquire $1 billion in assets. These investments include greenfield development of mixed-use sites, value add office/industrial/life science, and value add mixed-use buildings. Currently, the firm has 75 residential units under development, owns two hospitality assets and owns 2.5 million sq ft of commercial properties. Local’s investments to date have been in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Coachella Valley, NYC and Portland.
