We manage three open-ended, alternative asset funds dedicated to making special situation real estate bridge loans nationwide. Our portfolio spans most commercial real estate asset classes and we aim to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors while protecting them against downside risk. We seek to enhance the value of our portfolio through our proven asset management and operational expertise. Loan sizes range from $5 million to $50 million and continues to grow with time.
